*If an incorrect product has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
* The product you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
* The product is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for size exchange only, in the same piece.
* Please note that if any product has been customized for color, it will not be eligible for an exchange/return.
* We don't accept return or exchange based on likings
*Any issue should be reported with mail or on Dm the same day after receiving the product
If the product meet these conditions then we will accept Exchange and it will take 7-10 days after we received the product.
IN CASE OF SIZING ISSUES:
We send the exact size you purchase but still if it doesn't fits you, we accept exchange but the customer has to bear any extra cost incurred in exchange like shipping charges and pickup charges.
Incase of a Defect in the Product
We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once we see and approve the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.
